Learning in Multiple Dimensions...

unidimensional
adj : relating to a single dimension or aspect; having no depth or scope; "a prose statement of fact is unidimensional, its value being measured wholly in terms of its truth"- Mary Sheehan;

multidimensional
adj : having or involving or marked by several dimensions or aspects;*

Multidimensional learning, a learning theory within Psychology, underlines the importance of repeating a concept across different modes: for example, an idea presented in a narrative mode, a visual mode, and a printed mode will be better recalled than an idea presented in only one mode.

By utilizing traditional classroom training, hands-on post-class implementation in your environment, and take-home quick reference materials, TIS has incorporated the principles of multidimensional learning to provide a more robust educational experience than traditional corporate training facilities.

Dimensions available to you:

Narrative Mode Visual Mode In-Vivo Mode
Training Quick References Consulting

We offer training across these three modes to cater to the unique educational requirements of your business. Along the narrative mode, students receive lectures and practice examples in classroom training. Learning can continue beyond the class environment through the visual quick references. Our consulting services provide in-vivo learning, since we can train key employees to implement their new skills on the job. You can choose one, all, or any combination of the modes of our multidimensional learning concept.
