Photoshop CS2, Introduction

Students will learn the basics of selecting and modifying images, and creating and manipulating layers and other effects. They will also learn how to retouch and resize images, and prepare images for use in print and on the Web.


Audience

This course is intended for people who want to learn techniques for increasing their efficiency and create a variety of interesting effects using Adobe Photoshop CS2.


Prerequisites
  • Experience with Windows or Mac OS operating systems
  • Mouse and word processing skills
  • Previous use of the Internet

Student Responsibilities
In order for a class to be successful, all students should share the same general level of knowledge and experience. If a participant does not demonstrate these, the instructor will take the necessary steps either to prepare the participant or place him/her in a more appropriate course. This policy is intended to maintain the high level of quality control that you have come to expect.
