ITIL v2 to v3 Foundation Certification Bridge
This course is intended to upgrade students knowledge of
concepts associated with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 and prepare students to take
the v2 to v3 Bridge ITIL Foundations Certification Examination.
ITIL is a set of books that provides comprehensive and interrelated codes of practice
in achieving the efficient support and delivery of high quality, cost effective IT services.
The ITIL Foundations Examination tests the candidate for an essential level of understanding of ITIL concepts.
The audience for this course is IT professionals who have their v2 ITIL Foundations Certification and are looking to upgrade their certification to v3.
After completing the course, students will:
